  • Developed the Port of Brisbane Marine Traineeship Program and Mentor/Buddy Framework, supporting entry level maritime careers. 
  • Founded and facilitated the Maritime Industry Careers Group (MICG), a collaborative initiative linking employers, RTOs, and government partners to strengthen the maritime training pipeline.
  • Delivered industry specific eLearning modules such as Training in the Workplace and Assessing in the Workplace, adapted from AQTF standards.
  • Served as Global Learning Design Lead for Svitzer and Maersk, integrating immersive simulation, VR, and digital certification systems.

Holding a Master’s in Digital Learning Leadership, and having led global digital learning initiatives for Svitzer and Maersk, I help create practical, high-impact solutions from eLearning and simulation to digital competency systems that strengthen safety, decision-making, and performance across maritime operations.
